Whether you are seeking a small intimate affair or a large gathering of family and friends, Turning Stone Farm hosts weddings and special celebrations May through October. Our 1880s historic barn venue space is ideal for dining, music, and dancing. The interior barn space accommodates up to 200 and our private field can accommodate tents of any size. Our wooded lanes are a magical escape and the surrounding field, yards, orchards, grape arbors, and gardens with mountain views are perfect for outdoor ceremonies, cocktails, yard games, and photos.

Host your wedding or special event at Turning Stone Farm. Our expansive property can be yours to enjoy and you are welcome to customize the spaces and to use your choice of caterer and additional vendors. We make your planning as stress free and easy as possible by including most of the amenities that you will need.

Our grounds feature a variety of settings for you to create your ideal look and feel for the wedding of your dreams. Located in the heart of Vermont’s finest food, beverage, and craft producers, we work closely with a variety of great local vendors who can provide you with anything you might want from flowers and photography to cakes and antique car rides. Whether it’s caterers or accommodations, select from our list of recommended providers, choose your own, or do it yourself. We offer event planning and coordination services or the flexibility to do it yourself or with an event planner of your choosing. Customize your event with a variety of included amenities or inquire about special requests.

Vermont Fall Wedding Virtual Tour at Turning Stone Farm. Views of our gardens, orchard, grape arbor, courtyard, fire pit, wooded lane, hay fields, and our granite high drive and wooden bridge leading inside the agricultural cathedral of the 1880s Greensboro Barn. Custom handmade farm tables and wooden chairs, historic post and beam structure lit by twinkle lights for a night of celebration.

Hardwick, the center of the locavore movement is just 6 miles away with restaurants that serve farm to table fare. Nearby is the Craftsbury Outdoor Center with summer rowing and biking, in winter x-c skiing, skating and good food (equipment rentals available).
